AutoDefrag - With this program you can schedule Windows 2000's built in defragmentation. The program takes different parameters.
DumpSec - A tool for dumping DACL's and SACL's from NTFS, the registry, shares, and printers, and for listing users, groups and services. Gives a comprehensive overview of your system that can be imported to a database. Freeware.
FileACL - If you need to make more detailed or rigid manipulations with NTFS than those offered by the Explorer GUI then check out this tool. Latest version includes a COM interface for scripting.
New Cipher.exe Tool  - An improved version of the old cipher tool from Windows 2000. This version makes a cluster wipe of the old, unencrypted file which was a serious security flaw in the implementation of EFS. This version is included in Service Pack 3 on Windows 2000.
SubInACL - SubInACL is a command-line tool that enables administrators to obtain security information about files, registry keys, and services, and transfer this information from user to user, from local or global group to group, and from domain to domain.
Xcacls.exe - This command-line tool sets all file-system security options that are accessible in Windows Explorer. XcAcls does this by displaying and modifying the control lists (ACLs of files).
